Nilphamari Medical College is a consequence of long cherished desire & a symbol of pride of about 25 lakhs people of Northern part of Bangladesh. It is a newly established government medical college under Rajshahi Medical University,

Started it’s journey with 50 students in the year 2018 at Nilphamari Diabetic Association Hospital campus.

Later on, in Sept 2024, the college campus shifted to newly built MATS campus where we have good accommodation facilities for students, teachers-staff and a congenial academic atmosphere. Our students are taking clinical teaching at 250 beded Adhunik General Hospital Nilphamari. Our students are performing well in Professional Examinations & extra-curricular activities.

Design of proposed Nilphamari Medical College & Hospital & Nursing College on 28 acres of land near by present campus has been prepared. Hopefully the dream of own campus will be a reality today or tomorrow.
